Shipping Policy
every order is packed and shipped by hand. here's what that looks like and what to expect.

How we ship
We currently ship all orders via India Post. Every package is packed carefully before it leaves — the poem deserves to arrive the way it left.

Tracking your order
Here's how our process works and why tracking takes a little time — we want to be upfront about it.
Once your order is ready, we take it to the India Post office ourselves. After dropping it off, India Post generates a tracking ID on their end. We then manually update your order on the website with that tracking number.
This means tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear after your order is dispatched. It's not lost — it's just waiting for the system to catch up with the humans.
You'll receive an email notification the moment your tracking ID is updated.

Delivery time
Once your order is with India Post, standard delivery takes 6–7 business days across India. Remote locations may take slightly longer.

Packaging
Every order is packed to protect the frame during transit. We use layered packaging because we'd rather over-pack than have something arrive broken.
We also recommend — and genuinely mean this — recording your unboxing on video. Not for us. For you. In the rare event something arrives damaged, that video is what makes the return process instant and painless. Our full returns policy is [here].

Currently we ship within India only.
International shipping is something we're working toward. If you're ordering from outside India, DM us at @tryingliving.store and we'll see what we can figure out together.

Something went wrong?
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or your tracking shows something unusual — reach out immediately.
DM us @tryingliving.store or email tryingliving.store@gmail.com with your order number. We'll look into it within 24 hours.
