Dear Universe

I wrote this poem during one of those phases where life feels painfully in-between — when you know you are becoming someone new, but the universe still has not revealed who that person will be.

It is part prayer, part manifestation, part exhausted conversation with the sky.

I think many of us secretly carry this hope inside us: that one day the pain will finally loosen its grip, that all the waiting will make sense, and that life will eventually hand us the softness we have been begging for quietly.

This poem is for the people still believing their better days are on the way, even after everything.

For the ones trying to trust timing.

For the ones speaking to the universe like an old friend.

For the ones waiting to sing their victory song too.
